I found normal mode(shortcuts) and incognito mode(QR button) shows different button

Can I bring the qr button to the address bar in normal mode?
It will be good if I can choose a button out of shortcuts(qr, copy links etc)

Please get used to UI layout
There are too many custom settings in the settings, which is not the original intention
