(Installed Version 3.12.3) Build-in Catsxp Translator doesn't work, the Russian webpage (LRepacks.net) could not be translated to English (it was working alright previously).

Test normal, successfully translated into Chinese

Stop using the build-in Catsxp Translator and installed Google Translate (v 2.0.13) extension. The Russian webpage can now be translated to English without any problem.

The flag #use-google-translate-endpoint was already enabled previously. I am just doing the opposite as you suggested and resetting the flag to default (disabled) and the build-in Catsxp Translator is now working fine.
It seems that the bug comes from the flag #use-google-translate-endpoint.

I experienced the very same problem and has reported earlier. Btw, which version of Windows the OP is running? I'm currently running Windows 8.1 64 bit.

Don't give up too soon! You can disable Use Google translate endpoint (it's default to be disabled anyway) and still have Catsxp translate working. The speed is a bit slower than using Google translate endpoint but the translation quality is still as good.
