I have the file 119.3.11.3_119.3.11.4_catsxp_updater.exe, but when I double click on it, nothing happens, no installation.
What is the correct command line syntax, to update Catsxp manually (offline) using this diff installer, without Internet access?

Currently on Catsxp 119.3.11.3, Windows 7.

The incremental upgrade package must upgrade the service program call, and direct operation is invalid.

plz use the protable setup,if you want update to the newer version you should delete all files which you setuped.
