Want to see what it's really clearing when using Clear browsing data

Especially the Site and Shields Settings field. catsxp://settings/content/all doesn't contain what I wanted to know.
For example, my Site and Shields Settings field listed 4 sites. I want to know in details which these 4 sites are. They are kind of come from nowhere, because I recall I didn't set anything myself.
