Don't know what changed but I am not able to download the latest beta 3.4.3 portble

I think the message is saying "download limits exceeded" but I believe it relates to the website.

I've been trying occasionally for 2 days.

I've been downloading the zips from when I started using the browser.

Not sure what you are instructing, but I always drill down the X64 file I want, then click the download button and it downloads. I tried refresh, right click...but if I use "save as", it wants to save the page as html/mhtml...

Not sure what "the third function menu" is...sorry.

it is recognizing the click (cursur changes for a second) but nothing happens....and I wait. nothing...

I tried that but it did not work. Further, I removed cookies from "123pan.com" which is the portable download site. Then I tried on another pc and got same result.

What I noticed: when hovering on the download link to the right side of the filename (on the right of "save to cloud" in the filename row), I do see the cursor starts as a hyperlink cursor, then when I click the download, it changes to a standard cursor, then shortly changes back to a hyperlink cursor.

so it recognized the click. Once or twice, I'll momentarily observe "waiting for 123pan.com......" bottom left side of browser, then it disappears.

Nothing is downloaded....like noted, it worked fine since day 1 I started using Catsxp, all good through 3.4.2. - tried on 2 pc's (both using W7) also tried doing same on 3.4.1 - same results. I am able to download other files from majorgeeks.com as an example (great software repository site).

Very strange to me. Could there be an issue because of my location in America?

great. I also tested on my wife's laptop which had a much earlier version and it did same - no download.

Tried on an alternate browser band got same 'no download' failure...

I hope you can confirm the issue. thanks as always for your support.

update: tried with my android phone just accessing the website the way I normally would and I was able to download the file.
update: When I try using a normal pc browser, the cursor changes for about 5 seconds but nothing happens...could it be because of W7 64 bit?

wow, ok then...can't investigate what can't be duplicated. well I have a workaround, at least.

I occasionally get "The shared page download operation is frequent, please try again later" translated....is that saying I am trying too often so I am limited? I haven' tried too often, although when it is not downloading, I may retry a few times. I'll wait a day or 2 to see if that changes.

The difference i see between our downloads, is I have mine automatically, you have "ask" each time, I assume (since I never see the download prompt). I will set mine to "ask each time" and see if that changes anything. Thanks for your time...

my workaround (downloading on phone)is not working now. Same exact action as my pc's.
