catsxp内存泄露问题，工作集(内存)不释放

再beta-8上，我添加了 --disable-features=MojoIpcz
启动参数如下

第一次，在主进程泄漏到2G后，界面煽动，然后系统目录下出现了dump
第二次，出现dump后，由于程序没有崩溃，继续浏览，这时候，主进程内存占用如下
