Have you tried performing decompression in a completely new user state?
Has a dump file been generated?

Could you explain in more detail what needs to be done—demopressing? I don't think a dump file was created, as no error occurred. I could easily make a video, as the error occurs frequently. However, a full-screen video would be too large. Various experiments during months have failed to determine the cause.

No other Win7 users have reported similar issues
And I often test it on Win7 and haven't encountered similar problems
Repeated startup is to end all catsxp processes and restart them

Hardware acceleration is not supported by hardware or drivers, and attempts to enable it during startup. However, if there is a problem during startup and it gets stuck, you can try turning off hardware acceleration or switching the parameters on my platform

I need some more time for more precise experiments, but it doesn't seem like the situation has changed.

I am translate log to english. To make log video preferences flag to default and proxy settings off to exclude connection problem

Why can't I create a dump? It has already generated a dump ..
