可以换种方式构建便携版，选定你中意的版本，参考其他chromium核心的浏览器便携版的构建方式，比如说以前有一种是用version.dll构建便携版的，感觉构建的便携版的稳定性要比catsxp官方构建的便携版要强，系统重装之 类是没问题的。。。当然该方法容易被识别为病毒，另外高核心版本是不是继续适用也不清楚了，chrome最后一个支持win7的109版本是没问题的

这其实是两个问题，开发者可以不要catsxp的升级提醒的（便携版），出一个patch去掉老版本中的升级提醒模块也可以技术上不难的

The --disable-catsxp-detect-outdated-install switch didn't work in versions 137-140. This issue was fixed in 141.10.3 beta-3. Since release 141, the --disable-catsxp-update and --disable-catsxp-detect-outdated-install switches work without errors.
