If it was a GPU driver issue, previous versions of Chromium wouldn't work either. But they do, up to 135.
The new 136 core is buggy, the best we can do is to save our energy and wait for future versions.

New cores and features may cause compatibility issues with graphics card drivers from a long time ago

chrome://flags/#ignore-gpu-blocklist -》Enabled, can be used normally, indicating a graphics card driver issue

"-It seems I have to use a binary search to find the problem. Over the next period of time, I will build many versions between 136.0.7071.1 and 136.0.7083.1 to identify which specific commit caused the issue. I really can't believe my eyes. I really thought it was the end of Chromium on Windows 7! So yes, Chromium 136.0.7071.1 has no display issues, everything is normal, there is no problems in Chromium 136.0.7071.1, the content of web pages, menus, etc., is displayed correctly!!!!

Now I have to delete the zip version of Chromium 136.0.7071.1 and install version 136.0.7083.1 to see if any problems appear !!!

If this bug affects only Windows 7 users, I wonder if Chromium developers will be willing to fix it. It would be good to test Chromium 137 or 138, whether they are bad too or not.

I estimated it will take another two to three hours to compile m137. Test two m137 beta versions later

I just installed Catsxp v. 5.5.3 final x64, and there are no errors or dump files! Good.

All switches to default, with GPU acceleration enabled.
Recently I also installed MS updates KB4019990 and KB3080149, maybe it helped.

Yes Mr Redfox , yesterday the developer of R3dfox browser also advises me to install these updates :

KB2533623 (Adds several kernel32 functions)
KB2670838 (Platform update, needed for some games and drivers)
KB4019990 (Installed with .NET 4.8, adds native compatibility for D3DCompiler_47)

i tried to install these updates but i have error messages, and i use windows 7 32 bits starter edition :


I downloaded and installed these updates, but sadly, I got error message:

"The installer encountered an error: 0x8 ......:
The specified service does not exist as an installed service."

I also got the same error message when I tried to install the other two updates...
