I tested it normally on systems such as Win7 , Win8, win10, win11！
Please help to try downloading a new portable version and solve the problem. Do you want to reproduce the issue

全新下载便携包，全新解压也不能正常启动？

找到原因了，全新下载便携包解压启动的，但是原目录有Chrome++，新版不支持了，可否继续兼容？

找到原因了，全新下载便携包解压启动的，但是原目录有Chrome++，新版不支持了，可否继续兼容？

新内核安全沙箱功能加强了，这个你不能让浏览器去主动支持工具，这很掉价也很可笑
