I'm not sure if the issue is caused by newly added logic code or if it's inherent in the kernel

If there is at least one entry in the download history, then the visual effect of the download works correctly. But if the history is cleared, then the effect does not work correctly.
If the settings are set to clear the download history when closing the browser, then as a result of this, the effect is not displayed correctly after restarting the browser.
Maybe this will somehow help in solving this "unhealthy" browser behavior.

The loading icon visual effect is broken again.

1) On exit. Delete:
Browser history.
Download history.
Cached images and other files.
2)Toolbar:
Search tab - disable.
With these settings, the visual effect during loading is broken.
