Keyboard shortcut for custom JS/bookmarklet

Please, could you add a keyboard shortcut for executing an user defined javascript code or bookmarklet?

I have a bookmarklet that turns the current web page into dark mode, and I need to run it through a single key shortcut (F11 for example).
